GBKC, through the volunteer efforts of its membership, has been
active in helping the novice to locate breeders, consulting dog
owners on subjects ranging from grooming and care to behavior
problems, and educating the public on all facets of responsible
dog ownership.
GBKC holds its meetings the second Wednesday of each month,
with the exception of February, July and December when
meetings are not generally held. The meetings are held at 7:30
P.M. at the Stockbridge Grange, Route 102 Stockbridge,
Massachusetts. Programs held in conjunction with the meetings
include guest speakers, demonstrations, films and panel
discussions. The meetings are open to the general public.
Membership is open to anyone meeting the requirements of
GBKC. Members are required to subscribe and adhere to a
written Code of Ethics.
